An RA must be obtained within 30 days of the purchase, and Mobile Fidelity must receive the package within 15 days of issuing the RA. After 30 days all sales are final. Music titles are non-refundable and returnable only if they are defective. If by rare occurrence a defective music title is received, they may only be exchanged for the same item.
